What you will be doing as a service advisor
- Continuous communication with our customers before, during, and after the service.
- Gathering information from customers and communicating their concerns to the technicians.
- Communicating technician findings with our customers in a concise informative manner.
- Educating customers on the features and benefits of preventative maintenance.
- Generating repair and maintenance estimates for parts and labor.
- Answering phones and scheduling reservations.
- Participating in continuing education.
- Contacting vendors and ordering parts.
- Creating invoices and taking payments including credit cards, checks, and cash.
- Working with technicians to coordinate the flow of vehicles through the shop.
