What you will be doing as a service advisor


  • Continuous communication with our customers before, during, and after the service.
  • Gathering information from customers and communicating their concerns to the technicians.
  • Communicating technician findings with our customers in a concise informative manner.
  • Educating customers on the features and benefits of preventative maintenance.
  • Generating repair and maintenance estimates for parts and labor.
  • Answering phones and scheduling reservations.
  • Participating in continuing education.
  • Contacting vendors and ordering parts.
  • Creating invoices and taking payments including credit cards, checks, and cash.
  • Working with technicians to coordinate the flow of vehicles through the shop.
